Every week you’ll receive:

    •    A personal check-in message

    •    Progress review 


✔ Monthly Workout Plan

    •    A custom 4-week training split

    •    Beginner to intermediate progression

    •    Gym or at-home options

    •    Modifications for all fitness levels

    •    Updated each month based on your progress


✔ Two Live Workouts per Month (Online or In-Person)

    •    45-minute sessions

    •    Form corrections

    •    Movement coaching

    •    Real-time guidance

    •    Technique breakdowns


You can choose:

    •    In-person (Houston area)

    •    Online via Zoom
